Today I bring you a simple and quick card following the theme "Ink Blending" proposed for this month's challenge in Clever Dexter.
It is a very simple technique that gives spectacular results that I have applied to the Dahila Cherish stamp of our sponsor Alex Syberian Design.
I have also tried to follow the color combo with which we challenged you: honey yellow, ocean blue, apricot, pale green and lilac.
In this case, and since I wanted to make a background in a light tone, I created a mask leaving only the flowers uncovered.
Then with a brush, or an inking foam, I applied ink to the bottom of the flowers.
For the dark color details, I used a cotton swab and colored in the shadows and dark parts, as well as stems and leaves.
Finally, I removed the mask and colored the background with an alcohol marker.
The sentiment and first frame is gold mirror cardstock, and everything is embossed glued onto the card base.
As you can see, it takes just a few minutes and it is very simple.
I hope you like and inspire.
