This is my second inspirational make for this challenge.

I am using a favourite image (I love Tulips) from Alex Siberia to make a sympathy card.

The image is Tulips Digi Stamp set. 

Recipe:

1. White card blank
2. Layer of magazine freebie paper.
3. Image printed on white card and painted with shimmery water colours - I used green purple and blue.
4. Stampin Up sentiment stamped with black Versafine directly onto the card
