Unicorn Lil Miss Sugarpops
Today I bring you a card that I have made for the DT Clever Dexter Challenge.
This month the theme is "Struck by Luck" and the color combo to use is black, yellow, mint and hunter green or dark.
To make it I have used this stamp, "Unicorn Lil Miss Sugarpops", donated by our sponsor Polkadoodles
To do it I started by coloring the stamp, sticking as much as possible to the color combo.
For the background I used a bunch of strips of paper that I had in my bag of scraps.
Using these scraps that we keep and that are of little use (but we still keep them), to make funds is one of the things that you can do with them and it is as simple as taking your cardboard base, applying glue and starting to glue them as more you like them.
On a rectangle of white cardboard, I sealed and embossed the feeling with transparent powders. In this case a large "Hello you".
A trick: if like me, your black ink is in the latest and you do not have embossing powders of that color, mark your feeling with the help of a stamping pad and brush it over with a black gel. Then put it back in the same position on the platform and apply the embossing ink and powders.
Another trick, if the embossing does not go right the first time, you can repeat it as many times as you need.
Do you want another trick?. If repeating several times, the fault persists, go over that area that does not fill well with an embossing marker
What is dry?? Dip the tip in a little Vaseline for the lips and that's it.
(Yes, all this happened to me!!!)
I glued the white cardboard onto another light green color, and the stamp in position with double-sided foam tape.
To give it some sparkle and sparkle, I added some gold sequins to the ensemble.
I pasted my card on a black base and this is the result.
I hope you like it and encourage you to participate in this month's Clever Dexter Challenge. Remember that the prize is three seals from our sponsor Polkadoodles.
I hope you like it and inspire you a lot.
Ah! and remember that there is also an appeal to be part of the DT of Clever Dexter Challenge!! If you want to try it, stop by the blog to read how!
